The AoM provides structured pathways for individuals and organisations to build capability in applying the methodology. Training is delivered through licensed providers, ensuring consistency in how AoM is taught and applied across different contexts.
The AoM recognises two certification levels, reflecting different ways of applying the methodology. These are not hierarchical levels, but different roles. Practitioner certifications focus on depth within specific parts of the methodology, while the Transformation Lead focuses on connecting these parts and leading change across the organisation.
The AoM Certified Marketing Transformation Lead applies the methodology at an organisational level. This role focuses on aligning teams, guiding decision making, and embedding a company-wide approach to marketing.
The AoM Practitioner applies the methodology within defined areas of marketing. This role develops depth in specific parts of the system, supporting consistent and effective application of AoM frameworks and concepts.
